The company is controlled by Clessidra Holding S.p.A., which is fully owned by Italmobiliare S.p.A.

Clessidra Private Equity has one of the largest and most experienced teams dedicated to the Italian market. The senior professionals group brings more than 100 years of cumulative experience in private equity across a variety of sectors. A strong group of industry specialists assists the team in all aspects of the investments.
