Mrs. Bruno joined Clessidra Private Equity SGR in 2023 as an independent member of the Board of Directors. She is Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Augmented Finance Ltd. She acts as Non-Executive Director and committee chair/member of various listed and unlisted companies both in Italy and abroad.
In the past Ms. Bruno held the position of General Manager-Finance at A.B.M. SpA, CFO & Manager-Investor Relations at PMS SpA, Managing Partner at Geneva Equities Europe LLC and CFO in its portfolio companies, Relationship Manager-Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch International, Relationship Manager at WestLB AG (Milan Branch), Associate-Capital Finance at UBS Ltd., Director-Corporate Development & M&A at Banca Italease SpA and Head-Investors Relations at Banco Popolare Società Cooperativa SCRL.
She received an undergraduate degree from Sapienza University of Rome and a graduate degree from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
